A Tootin’ Tulip Takeover
Every year, thousands of people visit Skagit Valley to see, smell, and pose next to millions of bright, beautiful tulips. But what they don’t know is local dairy farmers play an essential role in helping those fields bloom—by providing the cow poop.
Fun social videos will share details on how Washington farmers are working sustainably to keep our land healthy and environment protected. While our “cows” are hard at work liking, commenting on, and tagging themselves in Skagit Valley tulip photos all over social.
Escape Hate Rooms
To bring awareness to rising antisemitism and get our audience “hands on” with our campaign, we can create escape rooms that are themed around antisemitism education through real-world examples—like the basement of an antisemitic internet troll, a vandalized Jewish business or cultural center, or a police investigation room focused on violent antisemitic attacks.
Expose Hate Plug-in & Captcha Tests
We can create a Translate Hate browser plug-in that, when activated, scans on-screen text from websites, emails, blogs, articles, social posts, etc. and highlights antisemitic language. To expand this, we can sponsor captcha tests on targeted websites where—instead of clicking on images with bridges—users are asked to identify antisemitism in the given phrases or images.
Crossword Takeover
We can takeover or sponsor the New York Times crossword puzzle to educate readers on antisemitism—making all prompts and answers related to antisemitic words, tropes, themes, conspiracies, and history.
Don’t Be a Dick… Stay Home. Save Lives.
We all struggled with the new normal COVID-19 brought, but that didn’t excuse putting people at risk.
Not A Moment Wasted
When alcohol isn’t getting in the way of your college experience, you can live every moment to the fullest. No hazy thoughts, blackouts, or hangovers making you feel sick, making you miss out, or holding you back. For a lot of us, college is a once-in-a-lifetime experience like no other. And you never know where the smallest moment could lead you—so why waste even one of them?
Hello, Neighbor
All great connections begin with a simple greeting. A hello from the communities that we know how to serve, because we become part of them ourselves. We live where you live. Work and play where you do. And create solutions with you to problems that just can’t be solved from the outside.
No Place Like Here
There’s no place quite like Lander. Its beauty. Its character. Its kindness. Every piece coming together to make here, home. It’s that deep connection between the land and its people that inspires us to ensure everyone has access to everything that makes life in Lander so worth living. There’s no place like here—and together, we’ll keep it that way.
